Hello!

I'm using virtual_mailbox_maps and virtual_mailbox_domains to set up
delivery into maildir mailboxes.
Is it possible to sort mails into subfolders of the maildirs depending
on headers in the mail, like x-spam: yes and stuff like this?

Yes, but only with another delivery agent than virtual(Cool. maildrop is a
popular choice.

maildrop is the only way i know as well. Unless you choose to do it at
the client end.
