I have a new Qmail install, and it receives mail from the world ok.

I have Qpopper 4.0.5 patched and working..

When Mail comes in, it is being appended to a file in the users homedir called "Maildir".

Im not sure this is correct...because when qpopper tries to read for new Email, it is complaining about missing directories in what it thinks should be the Maildir _directory_.

Im picking this up from an admin in our office who was let go..and what im trying to fix is part of why he's no longer here.

From everything I read, Maildir should be a directory, but..it is not. Its a file in the users home directories.
